31 Exercise of the Week - Bent Over Row
This exercise is great for the upper back, shoulders, and biceps. Can be done with dumbbells, barbell, kettle bells or any other weight implement. The technique is the same.
Technique: Feet shoulder width apart. First move is to "reach" the hips back as far as possible, while keeping your knees relatively straight. Squeeze the shoulder blades together and set your sight about 6 feet out in front of you. Pull the weight into your stomach and drive the elbows back.
