In order to write more regularly, I'm going to devote Wednesdays to adding a weekly post. It will most likely have to do with my little entrepreneurship endeavor 31Fitness. It will include things like the 31Jam of the week (devoted to my liking for music), exercise of the week or core power move of the week, and soon an athlete of the week.

Love The Way You Lie by Eminem, Featuring Rihanna. Heard this one and it just tugs at some feelings and just makes me want to rip someones arms off. perfect prior to weightlifting! :)
Exercise of the week
Wall Sits - Really easy exercise if you are looking to add some strength to your quads. Press your back flat against a wall and drive your heels into the floor. Squeeze this for 20 - 60 seconds. When you get good with both feet, try one foot at a time or add weight to your thighs. It is a good alternative if you cannot load your back for back or front squats. Being Isometric in nature it also increases the anaerobic activity in the muscle promoting muscle growth! step away from the wall and pair it with body weight squats or squat jumps!
